Our goal was to design a unified dashboard that brought clarity to chaotic workflows. We needed to balance density of information with visual breathing room, ensuring that project managers could see the big picture without getting lost in the details.
Solution
We introduced a 'Context-Aware' interface that adapts to the user's role. Executives see high-level timelines and health scores, while individual contributors see a focused list of immediate tasks.
